“Ear to Hear recently marked a GRAND opening on 26th July with its first Annual Meet and Women Empowerment Awards 2022 held at the India International Centre in New Delhi”!!

Ear to Hear is a platform that gives everyone an excellent opportunity to spread positivity toward women empowerment. Ear to Hear is a social initiative started by founder Richa Mehta to strengthen the mental health of our women, which also marks a remarkable revolution for the entire women fraternity.

The show started with the blessings of her Father Mr. BR Mehta along with a spiritual note wherein Richa Mehta (Founder), Rita Jairath (Indian Athlete), Shibani Kashyap (Bollywood Singer), and Sandeep Marwah (President Marwah Studios) on the stage performed chanting along with the representatives of Vrindavan ISKCON Temple.

The Founder Richa Mehta started by walking us through her vision and purpose of having an initiative like Ear to Hear. She also told that this institution of social concern has made its meaningful name PAN India in just 1.5 years and women across India are contributing selflessly towards Ear to Hear. She further said that “she dedicates the credit of success of the social initiative to all the members and volunteers of her team, with the vision of reaching all 29 states soon”.

Richa Mehta honoured all the designation holders with “Women Excellence Awards 2022” by presenting them with a special Ear to Hear trophy, certificates, and gifts. From State Ambassador Kinjal Shah (Maharashtra), National Advisor- Dr Madhvi Borse, Regional Leaders- Madhu Sharma, Geeta Ahuja, Shilpi Upadhyay, Dr Prachi Beriwala, Regional Influencers – Dr Sakeena Naidu, Avneet Kaur, Sandhya Tangri Dabas, Shoma Chhaterjee, Legal Advisor- Devika Chohan, Counselor- Neha Srivastava, Local Presidents- Shweta Kumari, Dr Kanchan Singh, Shruty Smrity Sinha amongst others were felicitated with the “Women Excellence Awards 2022”.

Project Naari Farms was unveiled by Vijay Chaudhry, Chairman of Ram Rattan Group in association with Ear to Hear.

A Cultural spectrum was also displayed which included dance performance by team members Avneet Kaur and Amritpal Singh, special performance by Arvind Arora, speech by Dr. Preetinder Kaur, citation by Sukriti Ralli, a thrilling drama based on the bitter truth of women’s life presented by NCC children were the main highlights of the show.

The event was also graced by MLA of Delhi region, Somnath Bharti, along with few industrialists like Vijay Singla, Subhash Jindal, Sharad Kohli, Satendra Aggarwal, Dr Mukesh Maheshwari, Gaurav Gupta, Yogi Priyvrat Animesh, Raja Talukdar to name a few who were also awarded with the “Ear to Hear Excellence Awards 2022”.

The anchor of the show was Dr. Madhvi Borse, who is also a National Advisor to Ear to Hear.

Ear to Hear team thanked the partners of the event- Ram Rattan Group, Total Care, Sukriti Ralli Academy, Jagannath Institute of Management Studies, Apeejay School of Management, Cornado, The House of Jesse, The Elysian Crafts, Mithas Ghar Ki, Giftopedia, Pawan Kaushik and the two pillars of Ear to Hear, Debashish Kalita and Tanveer who contributed to making this unique platform a huge success in such a short span.

Overall, it was a successful event with a vision and hope to make a huge impact on society and spread awareness. The whole event was captured by multiple media houses including AajTak. Ear to Hear also made an appeal to the Government to support the cause and take it to the next level.
