Natural skincare routine
Regardless of age, taking good care of the skin is necessary for all of us. Our skin needs proper attention and there is an essential skincare routine that you must follow daily to keep your skin fresh and healthy.
Most of us, use store-bought skincare products for our convenience. Such products can pose serious problems for the skin. These are full of unsafe chemicals and substances that make them effective but at the same time transfer toxins to the skin.
Many studies show that some of the chemicals can cause serious infections and skin cancer. Sometimes, these chemicals enter into the bloodstream and affect other organs as well. It is advisable to avoid such products for your skin and switch to all-natural products that are safe to use and are not pricy at all.
In this article, we are going to share with you a natural skincare routine that you can follow to get a healthy glow on your face.
If you follow the following skincare rules, we guarantee that you’ll feel visible results.
Cleansing:

This is the first step of any skincare routine. Wash your face just two times a day. Overwashing makes skin dry by removing the natural oil of the skin along with dirt and excess oil. If you have dry to normal skin then use raw milk as the cleansing agent. It is one of the best natural cleansers you have ever used. It gently cleans the skin while making it soft.
If you have oily skin then activated charcoal is here to help you with the cleansing of your face. You can DIY your own charcoal bar and clean your face twice a day with this. It will suck out all the dirt and impurities from the pores and make your skin clean and fresh.
Exfoliation:

This step is not to be followed daily but once or twice a week. It is necessary for keeping the pores clean and clear. It also helps to stimulate collagen and new cell production in the skin by removing dead skin cells. It makes your skin glowing and flawless. Make sure you don’t overdo it.
To make your own all-natural exfoliating scrub mix 1 tablespoon of pink Himalayan salt, 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, few drops of any essential oil you like, together. Rub this scrub on your face with your fingers in a circular motion for 2 minutes and leave it for 10 minutes. It will give your skin a natural glow.
Toning:
The main purpose of toning is to balance out the skin’s pH level after cleansing. It makes sure that every particle of dirt, oil, and makeup is removed from the face. It also preps your skin for the next skincare steps.
The best natural toner is rose water. Apply it with the help of cotton to remove dirt and leftover makeup. You can also use apple cider vinegar as a toner.
Serum:
If you are struggling with dark spots, acne scars, or uneven skin tone, then applying Vitamin C serum can be really helpful for you. It is an all-rounder. It is a great anti-oxidant and really effective in reducing dark spots and scars. It lightens the skin and makes it even-toned. It also accelerates the production of collagen thus giving you younger-looking healthy skin.
You can make Vitamin C serum at home very easily. Take ½ teaspoon real food Vitamin C powder, you can easily get it from a medical store, 1 tablespoon glycerin (make sure you use vegetable glycerin) and ½ teaspoon distilled water. Mix all the ingredients well and store in a dark-colored bottle as this serum tends to oxidize.
Moisturizing:
Your skin needs enough moisture and hydration to stay healthy and fresh. Throw all your chemical-filled commercially available moisturizers and go for natural options. Use Aloe Vera gel to moisturize your face. It will create a barrier on the skin that will protect it from sun damage as well while making your skin soft and supple.
Facial oils are in trend these days because of their obvious skin benefits. You can also use any facial oil that suits your skin type for moisturizing your face along with other benefits.
If you have dry skin then coconut oil is amazing to give the required moisture to your face. It is not recommended for oily skin.
Jojoba oil is also a perfect oil that suits every skin type. It is very lightweight and nourishes and moisturizes the skin without making the face greasy.
Sun Protection:
