Kratom Capsules

Kratom capsules are the easiest to take at a moment’s notice. Simply swallow them like a pill. These are perfect for those who are too busy with other methods.

And even if you enjoy other methods of consumption, it doesn’t hurt to have these lying around just in case you don’t have time for smoothies or tea.

Kratom Tea

Kratom tea is similar to normal tea. Since kratom extract comes from the leaves of a tree, these leaves can also be dried into tea leaves.

You can steep the leaves as tea in hot water, though many people admit to not liking the taste. The tea can also be blended with other types of tea leaves or herbal ingredients to create a more enjoyable beverage.

Kratom Powder Dosage

When working with powder, always experiment with one gram doses. Start by trying one gram. You may notice subtle effects, or you may notice nothing at all. Next time, try two grams and evaluate how you feel.

Was it enough? Or do you need a bit more? Three of four grams is known to produce light effects, while five or six grams is going to produce quite potent results.

Kratom dosage for pain will differ from person to person, but moderate to potent doses are likely needed. This is typically between four and eight grams.

Kratom Pill Dosage

You should only take one kratom pill at a time. But you can buy kratom capsules in different sizes, depending on what type of dose you prefer. 

You can often find capsules that contain 500 to 600 milligrams of kratom. And you can also find bigger capsules that contain upwards of 1,000 milligrams per capsule.

Determine which sized capsule is perfect for you, and then stick to one capsule at a time.

You typically don’t need to worry about kratom extract in particular, since it’s generally added to kratom powder by the providers. They blend in the perfect amount of exact to create a safe, yet potent powder that is ready to consume in one gram increments. 

Ensure Legality When Using Kratom

Luckily, in most of the US, you can buy and use kratom with ease. Since it’s legal on a federal level, most of the country approves of kratom.

However, individual states can still ban the substance. Currently, only six states have outright banned the sale, possession, and consumption of kratom. These states include Wisconsin, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Arkansas, and Alabama.

In most of the country, kratom can be bought without any additional regulations. However, some states have some form of regulation.

This may include age limits for those who can purchase and use kratom. Also, while other states have legalized it, certain counties can still ban it within those states.

Be sure to brush up on your local laws before buying and trying kratom.
