Ayurveda To Heal The Soul

The word Ayurveda itself sounds therapeutic and has helped many people to fight numerous diseases. Ayurvedic treatment, also known as Ayurveda, is the oldest form of treating the human body. It was developed in India for more than 3000 years now. It is a treatment where wellness can be attained only when the soul, body, and mind are in a balanced state. It promotes good health and does not drive you to fight the disease.

Ayurvedic treatment is widely used worldwide nowadays. Ayurvedic treatment and meditation are used to treat joint pains, diseases like cancer, blood pressure, heart diseases, asthma. There are several kinds of Ayurvedic treatment packages available these days. These Ayurvedic treatment packages are used to treat various kinds of diseases.

Ayurveda believes that when your mind, soul and body is connected with the universe, it shows the sign of good health, and when this connection gets ruptured, people fall sick. Things that can cause damage to this connection are genetic or birth disorders, seasonal changes, emotional imbalance.

Ayurvedic treatments are mostly preferred by people because there is no side effect when ayurvedic medicines are taken. Ayurvedic treatments are a slow but effective way when treating the human body. This is not a machine or technology; this therapy is surprisingly very effective. It is even more effective than new technological therapies.

Ayurveda believes that each person is made up of five basic elements that are present in the universe and they are: fire, space, air, water, and the earth. These basic elements combine to form three life forces or energies called the doshas. These doshas control the working of the human body. There are three kinds of doshas, Vata dosha ( a combination of space and air), Pitta dosha ( a combination of fire and water), Kapha dosha( a combination of water and earth).

Vata doshas:

This is the most powerful of all the three doshas. It controls all the basic functions like the division of the cells, breathing, blood flow, heartbeats, and the ability to get rid of human waste.

People develop anxiety, asthma, heart and skin diseases.

Pitta doshas:

This particular dosha deals with hormones related to appetite and digestion. By eating spicy or sour food items and spending a lot of time outside in the sun can rupture this.

This may cause heart diseases and high blood pressure.

Kapha dosha:

This dosha is mainly associated with the immune system, muscle growth, strength, and weight of the body. This connection can be ruptured by irregular eating habits like eating a lot of sweets or salt, consumption of water in large amounts, and irregular sleeping habits.

This may cause asthma, cancer and diabetes.

Ayurvedic treatment packages:

There are various such packages provided by various Ayurvedic institutions. These packages usually include luxurious suites, ayurvedic cooking, yoga and meditation and a few more ayurvedic treatments. Each institution has a different package for different reasons and diseases. Panchakarma, yoga and meditation are one amongst them. Each person can choose a package according to their preferences. There are a few packages where there is a treatment for the entire body.

It is an ancient technique or practice which is used to purify the tissues by eliminating toxins through five sub techniques, namely: Vamana, Virechana, Sneha Vasti, Kashaya Vasti and Nasyam. This is the best healing and detoxifying method followed in Ayurveda.
